Should You Pre-Pay for Your Airport Transfer in Georgia?
Short answer: you don't have to. Transfer-booking websites offer different payment arrangements. When comparing services such as Kiwitaxi, Welcome Pickups, GetTransfer and Transfeero, check the payment and cancellation terms for your actual offer. On OrbiTrip, compare local drivers and a fixed total per car before sending a booking request. No prepayment is required; payment is made in cash to the driver after the ride. Choose the arrangement that fits your journey.

Which model is right for you?
Pre-paid platforms suit travelers who prefer to pay by card in advance and have the whole trip on one receipt before flying. If you prefer to compare driver profiles and vehicles before requesting a trip and pay in cash after the ride, OrbiTrip offers that booking model. Check your confirmed itinerary and total fare before travelling.

Is the price per car or per person?
On OrbiTrip the fixed price is per car, not per person. The historical sedan example for Tbilisi Airport (TBS) to the city center was about 86 GEL (~$33) in September 2026. Check the route search for your current price.
What can I check before travelling?
Compare the driver’s profile, vehicle photos, passenger capacity and available reviews. Check your confirmation for the driver, meeting point, pickup date and time, and total fare. Ask support about any specific vehicle or document requirement before travelling.
