Lifts and slopes at Goderdzi
Goderdzi is a compact resort. A gondola with 8-seat cabins and a chairlift with 6 seats serve the main runs, and a short lift serves the beginner area. skiresort.com counts 7.2 km of runs, almost all easy and intermediate; georgia.travel gives about 8 km. What draws skiers is the snow: Goderdzi gets heavy snowfall from the Black Sea, and the open slopes and forest around the pistes are used for freeride and cat-skiing — go off-piste only with a local guide.
Goderdzi ski pass price
For the 2025/26 season a one-day pass cost 30 GEL for adults and 15 GEL for children (goderdzi.ski, skiresort.com). Check the current ski-pass price with the resort before your visit.

How to get to Goderdzi in winter
In winter the only practical way in is from the Batumi side: the road follows the Adjaristskali valley through Keda, Shuakhevi and Khulo, then climbs to the pass. Above Khulo the road is steep and often snow-covered: georgia.travel advises a high-clearance vehicle for this last stretch, and goderdzi.ski recommends a 4x4 with winter tyres. The other side of the pass, towards Zarzma and Akhaltsikhe, is closed by snow in winter. Even from Kutaisi or Tbilisi, travel via the coast and Batumi.

On public transport, minibuses connect Batumi to Khulo; from Khulo travellers connect by local high-clearance vehicle for the mountain climb. With ski bags, changing cars in the snow at Khulo is the hard part.
